What cryptocurrency pairs can I trade?
Currently, the following pairs are supported:
SGD Trading Pairs: BTC/SGD, ETH/SGD, BCH/SGD, XRP/SGD, DOT/SGD, and ADA/SGD
USD Trading Pairs: BTC/USD, ETH/USD, BCH/USD, XRP/USD, DOT/USD, and ADA/USD
What are the trading hours and rules for cryptocurrencies?
Currently, crypto trading is available 23/7, except from 7am to 8am.
Where are the assets custodied?
All cash and digital payment tokens that we hold on behalf of our customers are kept in trust accounts with DBS Bank.
Can I deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency?
Unfortunately, depositing or withdrawing cryptocurrency is not yet supported.
What order types can I use for trading crypto?
Currently, we only support limit orders.
Is leverage trading for crypto supported?
Leverage trading allows cryptocurrency traders to open larger positions using borrowed capital. However, we do not support using margins to trade cryptocurrencies.
How can I get the commission-free benefit?
Transactions performed on 20 August 2024 at 7:00AM SGT will be implemented in a rebate format. The rebated commission fees will be issued as cash coupons within 15 working days after the commission-free period ends. Users can check the status of cash coupons under "Me" > "My Rewards"; Transactions made after 20 August 2024 at 7:00AM SGT will enjoy direct 0 commission.
